Outpost Charters Cancellation Policy

• Customers will receive a full refund of the total quote amount if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the experience.


• Customers will be subject to a 30% cancellation penalty of the total quote amount if cancelled within 3-7 days prior to the experience.


• Customers will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty of the total quote amount if cancelled within 72 hours of the experience.


• No show policy: Customers will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty of the total quote if the customer does not arrive at the marina on the scheduled day and time of the experience.
